做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
