做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
