做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
