做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
