做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
