做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
