做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
