做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
