做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
