做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
