做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
