做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
