做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
