做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
