做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
