做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
