做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
