做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
