做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
