做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
