做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
