做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
