做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
