做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
