做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
