做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
