做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
