做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
