做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
