做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
