做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
