做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
