做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
