做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
