做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
