做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
