做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
