做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
