做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
