做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
