做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
