做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
