做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
