做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
