做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
