做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
