做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
