做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
