做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
