做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
